REFUND POLICY

We want every learner to have a valuable experience.

1. Digital Products
   Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only available if:

   • The course was not accessed (0%-10% progress).

   • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund
   Send your request to support@obgynx.com with your purchase details.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

   • Once course materials are accessed.

   • Promotional or discounted purchases.

   • Bundle or lifetime access plans.

4. Processing Time
   Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
